Highgate/Ravensdale is a 38 hectare brownfield site adjacent to the A5271 in Tunstall, north of Stoke-on-Trent. Majority of the site have been remediated delivering a number of successful new developments including the construction of several new purpose built 120,000 sqft headquarter and distribution facility for tile retailer, Tile Mountain and 90,000 sqft  & 175,000 sqft distribution facilities for Bathroom Mountain.

The Highgate site is fully developed out, with over half a million square feet of employment space.
Available for leasehold are a number of units on Daniel Platts Business Park.

Highgate/Ravensdale is part of the Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone which covers 3.3 million sqft of commercial space across six key sites along the A500 corridor.
