Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone – Chatterley Valley East

Chatterley Valley East is a brownfield site of 18.2 hectares of developable land in need of remediation. Set in a prime location adjacent to the A527, Tunstall Northern Bypass and within one mile of the A500 which provides access to the M6 northbound at Junction 16 and southbound at Junction 15.


Innovation Way, a development which sits on the southern section of the site and owned by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, consists of nine new units varying in size from 2,220sqft. to 5,230 sqft.  All of the units are now fully occupied.


Planning has been submitted for the northern site owned by Goldendale Development which will enable extensive ground and engineering works to create a level platform with outline for development consisting of a range of small industrial units similar to the successful Innovation Way.


Chatterley Valley East is part of the Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone which covers 3.3 million sqft of commercial space across six key sites along the A500 corridor.
