Wednesday June 4 · 9am – 12:30pm

Wade Conference Centre, Hartshill Road, Hartshill, ST4 7NY

This practical and engaging workshop is designed for senior leaders who want to create a culture where mental health is truly prioritised and supported across the organisation.

You’ll explore the vital role mental health plays in employee engagement, retention and overall performance. Learn how to recognise early signs that someone in your team may be struggling, and how to respond before burnout sets in. You’ll also gain insight into the real business impact of poor mental health, from reduced productivity to higher absenteeism and low team morale.

The session will help you develop the confidence to open up meaningful, stigma-free conversations around mental health. It will also focus on building leadership empathy and psychological safety, helping your team feel more supported and connected.

You’ll come away with practical tools and strategies to promote wellbeing at work, including policies you can implement straight away. The workshop also covers the role of Mental Health First Aiders, how to establish clear support pathways, and where to access trusted resources to keep mental wellbeing on the leadership agenda.

This is about creating a genuinely inclusive culture where every team member feels seen, heard and supported.

Because when teams feel better, they perform better.
